  • Bar Manager

    ● Previous experience as a Bar Manager in a high-end, fine dining establishment, preferably with a focus on fusion cuisine.● Previous experience in Europe or Latin America is required.● In-depth knowledge of various beverages, mixology techniques and glassware.● Demonstrated expertise in food and drink pairing, understanding flavor profiles and balance.● Familiarity with Japanese and Peruvian ingredients, as well as an ability to creatively incorporate them into unique cocktails.● Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and managing time effectively.● Relevant certifications, such as mixology courses or bartending certifications are a plus.

    Salary: 6000 - 7000 SAR ($ 1600 - $ 1860)

  • Bartender

    ● Previous experience as a Bartender in high-end, fine-dining establishments.● Passion for mixology and a strong understanding of various cocktails and drink recipes.● Excellent knowledge of drink ingredients, including spirits, and mixers.● Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a high-volume environment.● Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality drinks.● Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.● Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to the bar and beverage industry.● Familiarity with Japanese and Peruvian ingredients is a plus.

    Salary: 3000 - 3500 SAR ($ 800 - $ 930)
